What vaccinations are required for daycare and grooming?
For daycare and grooming services, our team requires all dogs to have current vaccinations for rabies, distemper, and bordetella (kennel cough). You must provide documentation of these vaccinations.
Do I need to make a reservation, or can I drop into the doggy daycare?
We highly recommend that you make a reservation for our doggy daycare. This allows us to properly prepare and familiarize ourselves with your dog's needs.
Do you separate dogs by size and temperament?
Indeed, we do. Our facility groups dogs according to their size, energy levels, and temperament. This approach ensures a safe and enjoyable environment for all our canine guests.
Can my dogs stay together in the same space for boarding?
Certainly, we can accommodate multiple dogs from the same family in one boarding space. We also provide a discounted rate for this arrangement.
Do you offer updates or photos during my dog's stay?
We're happy to offer regular updates on your dog's stay, including photographs. These can be sent via text message or email, whichever you prefer.
Do you offer breed-specific haircuts?
Our skilled groomers are proficient in breed-specific grooming styles. We also offer customized cuts based on your individual preferences for your dog.
What if my dog is nervous or anxious during grooming?
We employ gentle handling techniques for nervous dogs and can take breaks as needed. Please inform us of any anxiety issues beforehand so we can adjust our approach accordingly.
Can I stay with my dog during grooming?
For safety reasons, we don't permit pet owners in the grooming area. However, we'll keep you informed about your dog's progress throughout the grooming session.
How often should my dog be groomed?
The frequency of grooming is based on your dog's breed and coat type. Typically, most dogs benefit from professional grooming every four to eight weeks.
Do you provide special techniques for shedding?
Yes! Our team provides special de-shedding baths and brushing techniques to reduce shedding for your dogs.
